Instructions

  1. Put on the Posture Toes
  2. They can be worn over the Posture socks, under regular socks or inside shoes
  3. Wear them for 10 minutes - overnight. If you feel pain, take them off immediately. If you do not feel pain keep them on as long as possible
  4. Each day try to wear them for longer periods of time

I purchased these hoping to help my toes not curl when walking, but stay flat. They cut the circulation off in my toes. Couldn't wear them.

Issue with size and no customer service

Took weeks to arrive shipped from overseas. The plastic toe separators are Ok and need getting used to as quite uncomfortable to start. The active ones stretch and easier to use and less harsh.
Sadly, Expensive postal charges (over double and nearly £40 for 2 plastic items)
Contacted company the day they arrived to state one was too small. No one replied. Several weeks later. Still waiting. Poor service even if item works.
