The Journey

From Broken to 1 Million Helped

Growing up

Life on a Skateboard

Mike grew up skateboarding. It was everything, community, freedom, identity. It also meant falls, impacts, and the kind of repetitive stress on a young body that nobody warns you about. He ignored the pain the way most athletes do: just push through it.

Early 20s

The Pain Becomes Undeniable

Years of accumulated injury caught up with him. Chronic neck pain. Back problems. Posture that was visibly off. He went to doctors, specialists, physical therapists, the usual route. Most told him the same thing: this is just wear and tear. Some recommended surgery.

Surgery

Failed Surgeries & Bad Doctors

He trusted the system. The surgeries didn't work. Worse, in some cases, they made things worse. The kind of experience that either breaks you or forces you to take control yourself. Mike chose the latter.

The Turning Point

Discovering Corrective Exercise

Out of desperation, Mike discovered corrective exercise, a structural approach that focuses on restoring the body's natural alignment rather than chasing symptoms. For the first time, something worked. Not as pain management. As an actual fix.

Certification

Going All In

Mike got certified as a corrective exercise specialist, then NASM certified. He studied the body obsessively. He developed his own frameworks for the most common postural issues, forward head posture, neck hump, anterior pelvic tilt, rounded shoulders, and tested them on himself first.

Why It Works

Most Pain Is a Structural Problem

Pain and restricted movement are often influenced by patterns elsewhere in the body. Mike's method looks beyond the sore spot to understand how the head, ribcage, pelvis, hips, knees, and feet work together.

The goal is not to force yourself to stand straighter. It is to use targeted corrective exercises, build better options for movement, and measure whether your alignment is changing.
