Program Length

Posture Mike, On the old app, for example, the APT program was 20-weeks and the one here doesn't give any kind of specific instructions on program length... it seems that this app is not as detailed as the other one. Might I suggest adjusting that to reflect proper program length and sessions? If our type A brains are smart enough to analyze our imbalances on our own then surely we want to be told when and for how long a certain program should be haha just a thought!

Another example is that the walking programs on the old app had a pre and post walk sequence whereas the one here doesn't provide any context as to when or how long to do the program.

Oh yeah I just dug around the app and the head and neck hump for example is super confusing. The curriculum of the programs do not detail how many exercises to do in one session? If it has 18 videos with an average of 10 minutes each thats 3 hours of work! I couldn't find anything telling us how to use the program and in what order and for how long? How does each sequence stack on top of eachother?

Hey! Really appreciate this feedback - you're 100% right that we needed this. We actually just pushed an update that adds exactly what you're asking about. Every program now shows: Program duration (APT is a 12-week program, for example) How many sessions per week (5x for most corrective programs) How long each session takes (~20 minutes) A full phase breakdown showing which exercises to do in each phase So for the Neck Hump program you mentioned - instead of looking at 18 exercises and feeling overwhelmed, you'll see it broken into 3 phases: Foundation (13 exercises, Weeks 1-4), Progression (13 exercises, Weeks 5-8), and Full Program (all 18, Weeks 9-12). Each phase builds on the last. You can see this on the website right now if you check out any program page. The app update with all of this is going through Apple review and should be live in a day or two. Thanks for pushing us on this - it makes the programs way more usable.
