I have an expensive ergonomic chair and still have back pain. Why?
An ergonomic chair doesn't fix a structural imbalance, it just supports one. If your hip flexors are short and your pelvis tilts backward, even a $1,400 chair will put you in a bad position.
Should I use a standing desk?
