How to do the programs

When choosing a program do I do every exercise in the program daily? If there are 18 exercises do I do all 18 and the suggested reps of each one?

I am not sure what program I should start

I had a very unhealthy lifestyle prolonged sitting no activity 5 hrs + sitting while gaming. Recently joined Gym but faced too many issues like I can't do "clean and press" properly and can't SQUAT properly So what program should I start as a complete beginner.

Neck hump and rounded shoulders

How long to see results? I have been doing exercises on and off for years and I never see a difference. I’m self conscious about how up neck hump is visable. I have even tried going to the chiropractor and nothing has helped. He gave me similar exercises you have given. I’m also thinking about a neck massager for that area in addition to exercises- is this a good idea? What else can I do?

Exercises help

I have a hump my base of the neck which is c7 sticking out. What exercises that I can do? To not hurt my c7. Light exercises. I have muscle weakness and that my posture is not great. The hump makes me a turtle neck. My chest is out and rounded shoulders. But my pelvis does not align to my spine. What can you recommend for exercises. Thank you.
